Galia's expertise includes CBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, Mindfulness, Brain Plasticity, Neuroscience & Neuroimaging, Addiction Neuroscience & Recovery Therapy, Anxiety Disorders treatment, Depressive Disorders therapy, Inner child healing, and trauma-based therapy. Her therapeutic approach includes focusing on the root cause of the problem and provide the necessary tools for people to find emotional peace and create healthy lifestyle and fulfilling relationships.
Galia is a professional member of the British Neuroscience Association, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, and American Hypnosis Association.
In 2019 her experimental film "Depression" won "best one minute film" of the Finchley Film Makers annual film competition.
Galia facilitates mindfulness and meditation groups teaching others to calm their minds, being present here and now, release unnecessary worries and cope with uncertainty in life.
